County Planning, Zoning and Subdivisions and Land Development Regulations, notice is hereby given
that Columbia Concepts, LLC (“Petitioner”) is conducting the Second Pre-Submission Community
Meeting (see Howard County Zoning Regulations Section 125.0.J.3) on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at
7:00 p.m. This meeting will take place at Stonehouse, 6110 Foreland Garth, Columbia, MD
